The XCMG XR150D Rotary Drilling Rig is a versatile and efficient machine designed for foundation construction projects, such as urban development, railways, highways, bridges, subways, and buildings. It is capable of drilling concrete cast-in-situ piles with a maximum diameter of 800 mm and a depth of up to 20 meters.

Powered by a Cummins QSB7-C202 engine delivering 150 kW, the XR150D offers robust performance. Its rotary drive provides a maximum output torque of 150 kN·m, with a rotary speed ranging from 7 to 33 rpm. The rig features a crowd cylinder with a maximum pull-down piston push force of 400 kN and a pull-down piston stroke of 3.5 meters. The main winch has a maximum pulling force of 72 kN and a line speed of 28 m/min, while the auxiliary winch offers a pulling force of 50 kN and a line speed of 70 m/min.

The XR150D is built on a robust undercarriage, allowing a maximum traveling speed of 2.5 km/h and a gradeability of 40%. It has a minimum ground clearance of 384.5 mm, a track shoe width of 700 mm, and a distance between tracks of 4200 mm. The hydraulic system operates at a working pressure of 35 MPa. The rig's overall drilling weight is approximately 48 tons.
